Grace was very welcoming when I arrived. She got right to work and made me feel very comfortable. Grace and the atmosphere was very pleasant. She explained the wrapping process and when she had completed the process took me to a candle lit room with relaxing music. I was so relaxed I fell asleep. I already have another appointment scheduled. Thanks Grace for making it such a pleasant experience. Lost 13 inches. L.M.
